Ce coefficient est exprim\u00e9 dans l\u2019unit\u00e9 W\/m2K. Bien s\u00fbr  <\/span><b>Le calcul de <\/b> la <b>fen\u00eatre<\/b> est une obligation qui <b> incombe \u00e0 son fabricant<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, qui est tenu d\u2019effectuer des mesures et des calculs appropri\u00e9s et assume la responsabilit\u00e9 de leur exactitude.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La derni\u00e8re norme Uw pour une fen\u00eatre dans la maison<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quelle est <\/span> la <b>norme Uw pour une fen\u00eatre dans la maison<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? \u00c0 partir du 1er janvier 2021, il est de 0,9 W \/ m2K, ce qui signifie qu\u2019il est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9, similaire aux exigences pour les menuiseries install\u00e9es dans les maisons passives. La modification de cette r\u00e9glementation a \u00e9t\u00e9 incluse dans le r\u00e8glement du ministre de l\u2019Infrastructure \u00ab&nbsp;sur les conditions techniques \u00e0 remplir par les b\u00e2timents et leur emplacement&nbsp;\u00bb, qui est une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la progression du changement climatique et \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et les \u00e9missions de dioxyde de carbone.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quand le coefficient de transfert de chaleur Uw doit-il \u00eatre de 0,9?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est important de noter que le coefficient de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration Uw au niveau de 0,9 est valable pour toutes les pi\u00e8ces dans lesquelles la temp\u00e9rature pr\u00e9vue sera <\/span><b>d\u2019au moins 16 degr\u00e9s Celsius<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En pratique, il s\u2019agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019int\u00e9rieurs r\u00e9sidentiels \u2013 chambres, cuisines, salles de bains, etc. Dans le cas de pi\u00e8ces telles que garage, entrep\u00f4t utilitaire, grenier inutilisable, o\u00f9 la temp\u00e9rature est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus basse,  <\/span><b>L\u2019Uw des fen\u00eatres peut \u00eatre de 1,4 W \/ m2K.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La deuxi\u00e8me mise en garde importante est que les nouvelles normes s\u2019appliquent aux investisseurs qui ont re\u00e7u un permis de construire pour une maison apr\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2021. La construction commenc\u00e9e plus t\u00f4t peut \u00eatre poursuivie avec l\u2019utilisation de fen\u00eatres avec de moins bons indicateurs (bien que toujours, si possible, il vaut toujours la peine d\u2019envisager d\u2019augmenter les param\u00e8tres d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attention: les fen\u00eatres Uw ne sont pas les m\u00eames que Ug<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien que les fabricants et les vendeurs soient tenus d\u2019informer de mani\u00e8re fiable les acheteurs, comme pour tout autre achat important, dans ce cas, vous devez \u00e9galement \u00eatre prudent: lisez attentivement les informations sur les param\u00e8tres concernant le transfert de chaleur \u00e0 travers les fen\u00eatres et, en cas de doute, demandez des d\u00e9tails.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une pratique assez courante sur le march\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 tenter les clients avec un facteur U sensationnel de 0,5 \u00e0 0,6.
